Positive work environment is the corner stone for control and relief of to family conflict (WFC). To determine prevalence work-family spillovers study relations between them characteristics among full-time female employees at Tanta University Medical Campus. A cross-sectional was carried working in five faculties that are present total 442 workers were recruited. Data collected using a self-administered questionnaire including personal characteristics, work-related data, home responsibilities. Job scales, family, scales used their correlation. Participants’ mean age 39.87 ± 10.07 years. Approximately half participants had moderate degrees both positive negative spillovers. Significant correlation detected skills discretion (r = 0.361, r 0.288, P 0. 0.001, respectively); similar reported regarding decision authority, coworkers’ support, supervisors’ support.
